The Rowan Cowl may become your favorite accessory! Double thickness and reversible with 2 different designs.
The Rowan Cowl is knit in the round, starting with a provisional cast on and ending by folding the cowl then joining live sts together by grafting. Choose whichever method of knitting in the round that is comfortable to you. There is no need to weave in ends when you change colors because the ends will be inside the tube shape of the cowl when complete. To change colors cut the working yarn leaving a 2” tail. Using a square knot, tie the new yarn color to the tail snugly behind your last worked st then continue knitting in the new color. Label each of your mini skeins from the Fun Size Bundle as CC1, CC2, CC3 and so on.

Care
Wash by hand or wash in a laundering bag on the gentle cycle using a wool safe soap. No bleach. Can be tumbled dry, low heat for 10 minutes, then shape garment and lay flat to finish drying. Use a wool or cashmere spray between wears to keep your knit item fresh. Steam iron to remove wrinkles and to reshape the garment. Fold items for storage.
